   Primary Target Population: Personnel of civil aviation authority responsible for aviation security; Personnel   from   other   regulatory authorities, airports, airlines, and/or other stakeholders that have an active role in monitoring elements contained in a National Civil Aviation Security Quality Control Programme.

National AVSEC instructors, who are or will be, responsible for training similar subject matter.
